Every Monday, review your calendar, list scheduled tasks, and identify three monthly goals to align your weekly tasks and priorities.

Each morning, outline the top three daily tasks in your logbook or label, tracking progress throughout the day to stay focused.

At the end of each day, list completed tasks and wins, adjusting tasks and goals based on progress and new priorities to stay on track.
